Hard chrome plating has been the standard for wear-resistant coatings for many years. Its hardness, corrosion and abrasion resistance and low coefficient of friction has made it a versatile coating for applications in many industries.
It’s an excellent way to rebuild many worn or damaged metal parts and extend a part’s service life.

Machining and Specialized Welding
To save you time and money our full-service machine shop allows us to take your damaged or worn parts and restore them to original specifications. When this is not possible, our capabilities allow us to manufacture new replacement parts right here in our shop.
In addition to the standard welding processes, we also offer two specialized ones:
Spray welding: a surface coating which can be applied without changing the properties of the parent material. A common application would be to restore worn valve spool and gear shaft seal areas.
Submerged arc welding: a process to build up excessively worn or damaged surfaces, back to the point where they can be machined and refinished to original working condition.

We carry an extensive inventory of high quality seals produced by some of the worlds leading manufacturers.
Replacement seals and seal kits are available for well known names such as:
- Caterpiller
- John Deere
- Hitachi
- Komatsu
- Toyota
- and many others.
If you need a seal kit that we do not have on file, we can often create a new one using your old sample.
We also produce kits for other industrial applications such as food processing and beverage producers/distributors.
